24hr Ride for Youth!

The Clarence Valley Ride For Youth is a 24 hour cycling event held at the Junction Hill Cycle Track, with the purpose of raising money for local mental health programs and also raising awareness throughout the community. The event was first held in 2015 and created by Skye Schatzman Sear, Michael Powell and myself. This year was another great success with records numbers and money raised. We absolutely smashed last year’s record of 11 896 laps! This year 143 riders pedaled their way around 14 796 laps! A number of riders completed over 500km solo and several junior cyclists pushed out over 100 laps each.

We've just started planning the 2020 event with the date looking to be around the same time, mid to late September.
